I Am My Own First Responder During Emergency Situation

When you develop a preparedness mindset, you begin to understand the truth behind this statement: I am my own First Responder!

Learn How to Be Your First Responder In Any Situation!

This doesn’t take away from our emergency responders who give their lives each and every day to help us. But it does bring a focus to the fact that if you are in an emergency situation, YOU are your own first responder. YOU are the one there who can assess a situation and make decisions. YOU are the one who can do something. YOU can save a life.

Don’t live your life waiting for the police or fire department or EMS to show up. Be prepared to deal with it UNTIL they show up. They do an amazing job, but so can you.

  • Brush up on medical skills
  • Brush up on survival skills
  • Use your equipment – don’t just let it sit there
  • Practice
  • Have gear that can help in a situation
  • Be prepared.
